Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please download the following Returns Form and fill in all required information and return to the address stated.
Returned goods must reach us within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the supplied condition, together with their instructions, any labels and in their original packaging.
If any of the goods are faulty please state the fault on the form. We will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for return postage, we are only able to refund postage where goods are faulty or due to shipment error.
It is advisable to get a proof of posting receipt, and for more valuable items to use a tracked delivery service. Cost of returning goods to us depends on weight size and typically vary from £3.00 to £12.00. For offshore or highlands this can be more.
Manufacturers specifications may change without our being notified. Product supplied will always achieve or exceed the specification described on our website.
