Index Marine and its fulfilment partners do not disclose customers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party (Crewsafe Marine Ltd) will not disclose any of the details to any other third party apart from the delivery agent. Payment for goods is carried out via Paypal. We have no access to financial information during the payment process.

All data collected from the website will be stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by Next15. We collect data from visitors that explicitly sign up for email updates* and aggregate data to measure website performance via Google analytics.

*Visitors that have chosen to register their email details with us always have the right to request to be removed from our database at any time and are always offered the right to unsubscribe in any of our mailings.
